COMPLEXES OF MEASURING-HANDLING "FLOUTEK-TM" (with self-contained power supply)

PURPOSE

      1. The systems can be used at objects located remotely from industrial electric mains, and are meant to be used for fiscal measurement of gas and non-aggressive liquids, including fuel natural gas, gas condensate and water (hereinafter agent) The measurement is performed by calculating of volume flow and agent volume (mass).
      2. Systems "FLOWTEC-TM-1-5" and "FLOWTEC-TM-2-5" are used for the flow measurement by variable pressure drop at standard restriction device or on averaging pressure tube.
   The systems are realized on the base of one trasmitter-corrector "PK-4", which combines digital measuring transmitters of temperature, pressure, differental pressure and flowmeter.
      3. Complexes "Flowtech-TM-3-6" and "Flowtech-TM-4-6" are used for measurement of flow or agent volume (mass) with the help of calculators (flowmeter-calculators), including rotary and turbine gas calculators (modification "Flowtech-ÒÌ-3-6"), or flowmeters ncluding Coriolis, utrasonic and rotational flowmeters (modification "Flowtech-ÒÌ-4-6").
   The complexes include transmitter-corrector PK-3, which combines flowmeter and digital measuring trasmitters of temperature and pressure (hereafter - corrector "PK-3").
      4. The systems can work in mode of information transfer to the upper level and in autonomous mode.
      5. Complex can be exploited in explosive areas industrial outside court and apartments, where formation of explosive mixtures is possible.
      6. Exploitation of complex is assumed at the temperature of surrounding air from minus 40 to plus 60 °C.
      7. Average service life is not less than 10 years.
      8. Period between systems checking (the periodical testing) once in two years.
      9. The systems are enlisted into the State list of measuring devices allowed to be used in the territory of Ukraine, registration ¹ U1446-01, in Russia, registration ¹ 22948-02, in Uzbekistan, registration ¹ 02.554-02 and in Moldova, registration ¹ 0234-2000.

TECHNICAL DATA

      1. Limits of assumed relative error:
   • complexes of the "FLOUTEK-TM-1-5" and "FLOUTEK-TM-2-5" modifications at measuring of expense and volume (the masses) of environment by (masovogo) volume (without taking into account making, brought in by methodical errors at the use of default narrowing device or osrednyayushey stand-pipe depending on the error of built-in in transformer-proof-reader of the "PK-4" of measuring transformers of temperature and pressure and ranges of change of pressure and overfall of pressure of environment on indicated devices) make ................. - from ±0,3 to ±1,0 %

      2. The ranges of permissible reduced error at pressure measurements (in per cents from the upper measurement limits) are:: ......................... ±0,075; ±0,10; ±0,15 or ±0,25 %.
      3. The ranges of allowable absolute error at temperature measurement are: ±0,5°C or ±0,75°C.
      4. It is possible to set the upper measurement limits in the following ranges:
   • from 160 êPà to 16 ÌPà - for absolute pressure;
   • from 60 êPà to 16 ÌPà - for overpressure;
   • from 1.0 to 250 êPà - for differential pressure.
      5. Ranges of temperature measurement from - 40 to 100 °Ñ.
      6. The systems detect and memorize not less than 8000 deviation from normal operation, and generate and store in the corrector memory not less than 8000 messages about interference into systems operation.
      7. The period of measurement and calculation is not more than 1 second. Update of information, generated by systems, is set on customer demand in the ranges from 5 to 30 seconds.
      8. Memory capacity of "PÊ-3" and "PÊ-4" correctors allows to store:
   • monthly date - for the last 15 years;
   • daily data - for the last 8 years;
   • hourly data - for the last 4 years.
      9. Complexes provide information interchange with PC the top level on the telephone switched channel, an allocated two-wire line, four-wire line of loud-speaking communication or on a radio channel with use working system GSM, satellite and radio communications system.
      10. Systems power supply is performed from two lithium batteries, which have standard output voltage 3.6 V and from installed correctors "PK-3" and "PK-4".
   Lithium batteries provide the measuring information storage for the period of 5 years.
   Power consumed by the systems do not exceed 15 mWatt.
      11. Overall sizes ..................................................................... - no more 360 x 210 x 100 ìì.
      12. Mass of calculator no more ................................................. - 6,5 kg;
      13. Middle complete term of service .......................................... - no less than 12 years.
