TRANSFORMER IS MULTIVARIABLE MEASURING - THE "PM-3", "PM-3V" CALCULATOR

PURPOSE

      1. A transformer is the mean of measuring technique, behaves to the group of the intellectual microprocessor field devices (to the SMART-sensors) and is intended for:
   • measuring of absolute (or surplus) pressure and temperature of gases or non-aggressive liquids, including combustible natural gases, gazokondensata and water (further - environment), and differential pressure, for example, overfall of pressure on the default narrowing device (to the diaphragm) or on an osrednyayushey stand-pipe, set in a pipeline with the measured environment;
   • calculations on the measured parameters of expense and volume (the masses) of environment getting through a pipeline for set period of time by volume or mass, with by adduction of expense and volume of environment by volume to the standard terms.
      2. A transformer is intended for application in composition of rashodomernih devices for an account, including for a commercial account, gases or liquids, and also for the control and adjusting of technological processes in gas, gas and oil producing, oil refining, petrochemical, on industrial objects and objects of municipal economy.
      3. A transformer has marking of vzrivozashiti 1ExibIIBT3 X and can be exploited in explosive areas industrial outside court and apartments, where formation of explosive mixtures of the IIA and IIB categories is possible.
      4. Exploitation of transformer is assumed at the temperature of surrounding air from minus 40 to plus 60 °C.
      5. Transformer is borne in the State register of the facilities of measuring technique, admitted to application in Ukraine, registration At #1445-01, and in Russian Federation, registrats. # 22947-02.
      6. Transformer is let out serially on technical to the terms TU U 73.1-31283392-001-2001.

TECHNICAL DATA

      1. The limits of the assumed basic relative error at the calculations of expense and volume (the masses) of environment are made:
   • without taking into account error at measuring of pressure and temperature - ±0,02 %;
   • taking into account an error at measuring of pressure and temperature - ±0,3 %.
In obedience to the order the delivery of especially exact transformer with the limits of the assumed basic relative error is possible ±0,1 %.
      2. Limits of the assumed basic error of measuring of pressure, resulted to the top limit of range of measuring, at an ambient temperature (20 + 5) °C make ±0,075 %.
      3. Limits of the assumed basic absolute error of measuring of temperature at an ambient tempera- ture (20 + 5) °C make ±0,3 °C.
      4. Limits of the assumed additional error from the change of ambient temperature in a range from minus 40 to plus 60 °C make ±0,1 % range of measuring of transformer.
      5. Top limits of measuring of pressure are set to order in ranges:
   • from 160 kPa to 10 MPa - for absolute pressure;
   • from 60 kPa to 16 MPa - for surplus pressure;
   • from 0,63 to 250 kPa - for differential pressure.
      6. Range of measuring of temperature - from minus 40 to plus 60 °C or from minus 20 to plus 80 °C.
      7. Parameters of code output signal of transformer correspond to the signal on the Bell 202 standard with frequency modulation.
      8. Transformer carries out an exchange by data with by the peripheral devices on initiative of peripheral devices on speed 1200 bit/s.
      9. Electric feed of transformer is carried out from the outsourcing of direct current with the value of output tension in a range from 15 to 30 V.
      10. Electric power consumed by a transformer does not exceed 0,75 Wt.
      11. Overall sizes - no more 180 x 260 x 130 mm.
      12. Mass - no more 4,5 kg.
      13. Middle complete term of service - no less than 12 years.

CONSTRUCTION AND EXECUTABLE AND FUNCTIONS

      1. For measuring of parameters of the measured environment in a transformer as a sensory module high-fidelity mnogoparametricheskiy sensor of the Honeywell firm is applied (The USA).
      2. Indication of the information formed by a transformer is carried out on the digital showing device (liquid-crystal indicator).
      3. Transformer carries out in demand an exchange by data with an user on a aaooi?i-water flow line on the base of the digital opened protocol HART. Data recovery, formed by a transformer, is carried out not rarer once in a second.
      4. Transformer provides possibility:
   • calculations of expense and volume (the masses) of environment to the accordant operating normative documents;
   • calculations of volume (the masses) of environment and mean values of the measured parameters of environment for the set operative interval, for a sentinel interval and for contract days;
   • forming and storages in memory of transformer of on-line data (data after operative time domain), sentinel data (data for a sentinel interval) and day's data as records containing the results of measuring and calculations and report about nonpermanent situations in work and about interferences of operator with work of transformer:
- reports on every kind ................................................................................. - not less than 500.
   • maximal period of time, for which in memory of transformer records are kept:
- daily allowance data .................................................................................. - six last months;
- sentinel data ............................................................................................. - two last months.
   • maximal amount of the operative data records kept in memory - 1100;
   • presentations of results of measuring and calculations on the digital showing device in the mode of the automatic leafing with a period 1 ; 5 and 10 s.
      5. At the inclusion in the complete set of delivery of transformer iskrobezopasnogo barrier and the transformer of the BELL202/RS232 transformer provides possibility:
   • conclusion on the seal (in demand of user) of reports a daily allowance and monthly;
   • exchange by information with PEVM of top level on a telephone kommutiruemomu channel dedicaded twowire line, fourwire gromkogovoryashey flow line or on a radio channel with the use of the operating system GSM, a satellite and trankingovoy radio contacts.
      6. Firm gives guarantee service transformer during 24 months and service during all term services.
