1. The PRP memory expansion board is an embedded microcontroller and is designed for expansion
of the functionality of the volumetric and mass flow calculator of FLOUTEK and FLOUTEK-TM measuring complexes, respectively
to the requirements of the DSTU GOST 8.586 standard (1 ... 5): 2009 (GOST 8.586. (1 ... 5): 2005).
2. The fee is not a means of measurement.
1. The board is not an independent product and is intended to work as part of the calculators of measuring complexes
FLOUTEK and FLOUTEK-TM.
The PRP board is intended for installation directly on the computer board of FLOUTEK and FLOUTEK-TM measuring complexes.
3. The periodicity of the calculation of the flow value reduced to normal conditions is 1s.
4. The number of measuring pipelines is 3.
5. The relative error of the calculator when calculating the consumption and volume of gas is +0.02%.
6. The power supply of the PRP board is carried out from the common power bus of the FLOUTEK or FLOUTEK-TM computer complex
with a nominal voltage of 5 V.
The power consumed by the board does not exceed - 0.2 W
7. The PRP board for protection against environmental influences refers to products with a degree of protection against dust
and water not lower than IP40 according to GOST 14254 and climatic performance UHL 2 according to GOST 15150.
8. Operation of the board is allowed under the following conditions:
- ambient air temperature from minus 40 to plus 60 °C;
- relative humidity up to 95% at a temperature of plus 35 °C;
- atmospheric pressure from 84 to 107 kPa (from 630 to 800 mmHg).
9. The dimensions of the PCB board do not exceed 70 mm x 48 mm x 20 mm.
10. The mass of the PRP board does not exceed - 0.035 kg.
11. The service life of the PRP board is at least 10 years.
1. Procedure for installing PRP memory expansion cards, configuration and sequence of performed operations
considered in the passport for the PRP fee (Appendix A).
2. The company provides warranty service for PRP memory expansion boards for 24 months and service
throughout the service life.
